On the 1th of February, 15:00–18:30, we invite you to a VU winter graduates event, where we will provide you with all the key information about the post-graduation process. No matter whether you already have a clear career vision or are in the self-discovery phase and just starting to think about what you want to do, the event will deliver useful information for you.

 

We invite you to the graduation ceremony on the 2nd of February 2024 at the Church of St. Johns!

 

12:00 p.m. diplomas will be awarded to the graduates Global Marketing Bachelor study programme.

2:00 p.m. diplomas will be awarded to doctors of Management and Economics and the graduates of Economic Analytics, Finance and Banking, Marketing and Integrated Communication, Strategic Management of Information Systems, Business Process Management, Human Resource Management Master study programmes.

An opportunity for Vilnius University international students and recent graduates to undertake additional paid internships in Lithuania! 

Vilnius University together with the Education Exchanges Support Foundation begins the implementation of the project "Foreign Practices in Lithuania Program" (UPinLT), aimed to provide support to foreign students and graduates for successful integration into the Lithuanian job market. The project will allocate scholarships of 650 euros per month and is funded by the European Union's NextGenerationEU (excluding first-year students) conducting additional or recent graduate internships in Lithuania-based companies and organizations.  

 

Important! According to the project conditions, students will not be able to consider this internship as a mandatory internship.

21 December Vilnius University hosted a festive Christmas party "Celebrating the Year 2023". The event recalled the works of the calendar year 2023, honoured the members of the University's academic community who have distinguished themselves this year, and made wishes for the upcoming New Year. The Rector, Prof. Rimvydas Petrauskas, and the President of the Senate, Prof. Eglė Lastauskienė, greeted the participants of the evening.

We are very pleased that the colleagues of Economics and Business Administration were also celebrated and awarded during this festive evening.
