It's no secret that when choosing a career or study path, we often rely on the personal impressions and recommendations of friends and acquaintances. It's particularly gratifying to see that international students who choose to study at VU FEBA often mention in their applications that they were encouraged to enroll by friends already studying here. “For several years now, we’ve heard and noticed that our current and former students are the best ambassadors for our faculty. We highly value this and recognize that a genuine recommendation and personal experience from someone you know, or even their help, is very important for a young person choosing to study abroad, where a new country, a new culture, and an unfamiliar city await. Therefore, we want to express our gratitude to our students for this often unnoticed activity and their active contribution to spreading the word about VU FEBA and studies in Lithuania,” - Head of Marketing and Communication at VU FEBA Eglė Ramoškaitė.
The VU FEBA Ambassador Scholarship aims to encourage VU FEBA students to become true ambassadors of VU FEBA by recommending our studies to international students, thereby increasing the number of foreign students at VU FEBA and enhancing the internationalization of our studies.
VU FEBA Ambassador Scholarship Amount: The scholarship is a one-time payment, and its amount depends on the number of international students enrolled in VU FEBA study programs through the student’s recommendations:
- A one-time scholarship equal to 15% of the tuition fee for the semester in which the recommended student enrolls is awarded to a student who brings 1 international student to any VU FEBA study program.
- A one-time scholarship equal to 20% of the tuition fee for the semester in which the recommended student enrolls is awarded to a student who brings 2 international students to any VU FEBA study program.
- A one-time scholarship equal to 25% of the tuition fee for the semester in which the recommended student enrolls is awarded to a student who brings 3 or more international students to any VU FEBA study program.
Who Can Apply for the VU FEBA Ambassador Scholarship:
- Students enrolled in VU FEBA's undergraduate or graduate programs (except those in their final year of study).
- Students recommended by SPK, VU FEBA study coordinators, or the VU FEBA Student Representation as active participants distinguished in the study process or extracurricular activities.
- Students who have reviewed the material provided by VU FEBA about VU FEBA study programs, admission requirements, etc.
- Students who receive an Ambassador Code from the VU FEBA Marketing and Communication Manager.
How to Become a VU FEBA Ambassador:

Express Your Interest: Fill in this form by October 31st, stating that you'd like to become an ambassadors and candidate for the VU FEBA Ambassador Scholarship.

Eligibility Check: The Marketing and Communication team will review your academic progress and assess your eligibility for the scholarship. If you qualify, you’ll be invited to participate in the specialized training.

Attend Training: Take part in specialized training to learn all the key information and procedures about international admissions to VU FEBA.

Receive Your Ambassador Code: After completing the training, you will receive a unique code for the Dream Apply student admissions platform (the Ambassador Code) and further instructions on the next steps.
Scholarship Award Procedure:
The scholarship is awarded to students whose Ambassador Code is entered in the international student's application for admission in the Dreamapply system. The scholarship is granted only if the recommended international student enrolls in a VU FEBA study program and completes the first semester without academic debts.
Scholarship Payment:
Based on the recommendation of VU FEBA, the scholarship is awarded by order of the Rector or their authorized vice-rector and will be transferred to the recipient's personal bank account. The scholarship can be paid in the spring or autumn semester.
Receiving this scholarship does not disqualify a student from obtaining other state or national scholarships as defined by University regulations.
