The tour started with a presentation by Rasa Rakštelienė, Head of the People and Culture Department for the Baltic States, who introduced the insurance company to the students. Evelina Nedzveckytė, Head of Small Business Sales, spoke about the Customer Service Department and the importance of effective communication with clients.
