ORDER OF THE GRADUATION CEREMONY!
This order has been set for ensuring the safety of the graduates, guests and administration
The graduation ceremony will take place on the 4th of February at the St. Johns’ church. The entrance to the ceremony is ONLY through the gates from St. John’s street.
Schedule of the ceremony:
1:00 p.m. graduates of Finance and Banking and Marketing and Integrated Communication Master study programmes;
3:00 p.m. graduates of doctoral programme in Economics, graduates of Economic Analysis, Strategic Management of Information Systems, Business Process Management and Human Resources Management Master study programmes.
ORDER:
- Graduates and their guests will be allowed to enter the church no earlier than one hour before the beginning of the graduation ceremony.
- Participation in the ceremony is available only for those who possess the National Certificate.
- No more than two guests are allowed to arrive to the ceremony with one graduate.
- The ceremony will be streamed on the Facebook page VU Ekonomikos ir verslo administravimo fakultetas.
- First rows of chairs are only for the graduates. The guests are invited to sit down on the last rows of chairs.
- We ask the graduates to go back to their seats after receiving a diploma because after the graduation ceremony a photo will be taken from above. Relatives and friends are allowed to congratulate only after the official ceremony is over.
Please wear a respirator of at least FFP2 grade covering your mouth and nose throughout the whole ceremony.
We kindly ask you to follow the order and during the ceremony take into consideration the requests made by VU volunteers or our administration employees
SIGNING IN THE DIPLOMA REGISTRATION JOURNAL
IMPORTANT: If you have not settled your obligations with VU departments or have not signed in the diploma registration journal, you will not be awarded your diploma during the graduation ceremony.
Signing in the diploma registration journal will take place on the 4th of Februaty in the St. Johns’ church:
12:00-12:50 p.m. graduates of Finance and Banking and Marketing and Integrated Communication Master study programmes should sign in the diploma registration journal;
2:00-2:50 p.m. graduates of Economic Analysis, Strategic Management of Information Systems, Business Process Management and Human Resources Management Master study programmes should sign in the registration journal.
Graduates must settle their obligations with all VU departments before signing in the diploma registration journal. If you have not used services of any VU departments, you do not need to contact them. Information about obligations and your status can be found on your e-student account under the section “Studies”.
