Vilnius University and the Bank of Lithuania have teamed up to create the Center for Excellence in Finance and Economic Research (CEFER), which aims to conduct and publish high-quality research in relevant fields of economics and finance.
The CEFER team of PhDs specializing in fields ranging from macro-economics to financial markets seeks to combine its extensive academic knowledge with innovative methods in economic research. Focus is always placed on the novelty of ideas and methods used allowing the researchers to creatively define relevant research problems and solutions.
